The blood pressure and blood glucose monitoring features cannot function without these supplied external devices. Weight tracking can be entered manually or synced from Google Health Connect.

The Digital Medicine app is for enrolled members of the Digital Medicine program. It pairs with your supplied devices to give you and your care team a continuous view of your readings, supports you between visits, and helps you stay engaged with your care plan.

Take and send readings using your supplied devices

* Pair your supplied Bluetooth blood glucose meter to capture and transmit blood glucose readings to your care team

* Enter weight manually or sync from Google Health Connect

* Log meals and receive nutritional tips based on what you've logged

Stay on schedule with reminders you control. Choose when to be reminded to submit a reading, review your monthly report, or complete other program tasks.

Understand your readings. Get in-app guidance after each blood pressure or blood glucose reading is submitted.

Learn through digital coaching. Build knowledge of your condition through interactive learning missions and review your progress in trends and monthly reports.

Get help setting up your devices. Step-by-step in-app instructions and videos walk you through pairing your supplied blood pressure monitor and blood glucose meter and taking accurate readings.

I only wish the rating could be lower. I got this device for my only to have it not paired. it works with another app, but not this one. i was told to use this app or be out. i rather be out and use my personal device. it was supposed to be easy. I even restarted my phone, nothing. I am not calling some tech. they can have the device back.

Could be improved. BP readings often end with "Something went wrong. Try again"??? Sometimes the readings finish and display blank values, although they are recorded when you hit "Done". The "Notes" entry for BP readings allows you to type multiple lines of text, then truncates your entry to a single line. Touch response is iffy at times. Sometimes have to press "Notes" a dozen times before the keyboard pops up.

The iHealth app worked with all the devices they had me buy. This app works with NONE of them. What in the world is going on. I have a BP Cuff that they recommended but it isn't even a choice on this app. The digital scale isn't listed, the activity monitor (watch) isn't listed, the Pulse Oximeter isn't listed, so on and so forth. What a joke they played on everyone by changing from the IHealth app that worked to this wonderful dud. Why can't you stick to what you had us buy and what worked well
